“Excellent customer service! The owner took care of me after I sat at a tire shop that I usually deal with that made me sit a while, as if they were going to take care of me after the other lady, but changed their mind at closing. I drove off on a flat tire past several tire shops that were, understandably, closing. The owner was closing up as well but after asking could he take me, he let me know that he would and gave me a really good tire and was kind enough to throw in a cap to make sure air doesn't escape. I really appreciated his empathy because he was in the middle of closing and it was after 7pm but this is a good example of treating someone the way you would like to be treated. Thank you sir!”

“Came in for a patch and to put another tire on the rim. They couldn’t patch it due to the side wall. Put on another one for $50 and got us back on the road. Worked quick and had market rates on the swap out. Now that I’m thinking about it the price was increased by $10 at checkout, but overall good service.”
