“I recently wanted to buy new denim jeans that were more of a true denim (as opposed to stretch denim), without any fashion holes.After going to a few shops in River Ranch, and all three department stores at the mall I decided to try Old Navy as a last ditch effort.To my surprise the first pair of pants I looked at was over 95% cotton! The stacks of jeans on the wall even had a scale of how stretchy the material was which made shopping much easier for this specific need.The jeans I chose were also less than half the price of what I was expecting to spend elsewhere.”

“My husband and I were on a long trip - home to Australia from England via USA. Travelling through the southern states, I was badly in need of haircut. The lovely receptionist at Doubletree said the local JC Penny was a great fallback to go to when you don't have an appointment. The best thing about travelling is meeting new people. The hair salon specialists were all amazingly friendly, knew what they were doing, and could not have done more to help. Interestingly, the price was very reasonable - especially when you consider i am converting Aussie dollars to US dollars. The young lady who did my hair (Sorry, I am rubbish with names), told me about her experiences with just moving to the area and gave me some great tips on what to do in Lafayette. The salon does looks tired, and that's OK due to how lovely, welcoming, and professional the staff were. They were a godsend on our trip.”
