“Maven provides the best and easiest shopping experience! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My girl Shelly always picks out all kinds of items beforehand for me when I am able to give her a heads up that I will be coming. When I arrive, everything is waiting for me in the fitting room. She knows my style and is very honest with what looks best on me. My husband has gotten me SO many gift cards to Maven throughout the years because ladies at his work recommended Maven. It has become my go to boutique. I will be honest and say that at first I was nervous because it's a trendy boutique in River Ranch, and I thought that I may not fit in well. Maven put my worries at ease though. They are always so warm and delightful!”

“I love all of her products. I’m overloaded with products due to those wonderful sales. My last online order, I had an issue so I emailed them(they always email and ask if order was ok), they resolved the issue with no problem. I went into the store on this morning (my first time because I always shop online as I do not live in Lafayette). She wasn’t there as she had just left, so I had a PLEASURE of dealing with her son. He was patient, courteous, helpful and VERY respectful. He honored what was told to me in the email. Young man ( I didn’t get his name) may God bless you with your heart’s desires.

I was in a pinch for MOG earrings. Went literally all over Lafayette and found NOTHING…. Contacted Bevos and asked if they had anything. They responded as soon as they could (7am which I totally appreciated) and were EXTREMELY helpful. Sent pics and held what I was looking for!!

“Have purchased a couple of pairs of work boots over the years here. Recently I had a pair that was 10 days old the sole begin to separate slightly. Spoke to Heather on phone, in 30min by the time I got there the new pair was at the register and they replaced them without hesitation. Excellent customer service!”

“I left an important package there with my drivers' license-got a call and asked if it could be delivered to me-I live in a nearby senior living facility--. I have been a loyal customer for many years and always found the staff very helpful, so I was surprised that they could not deliver this important item. I must get a ride to church tomorrow, as they do not open until 1pm”

“I recently purchased three frozen meals. The young lady who helped me was so sweet and helpful, can't say enough good things about her. The meals were Meatball Stew, chicken stew and chicken/sausage gumbo. The chicken stew and meatball stew were fabulous, very yummy. The only reason for four stars is the gumbo was freezer burned and not edible. I will definitely try them again in the future.”
“Went to pickup an order that my Mom placed with this place either online or using their app and was pleasantly impressed the moment we walked thru the doors. Although it’s not setup as the average boutique, with clothes racks displaying their current selection of styles, you are guaranteed to be in and out within a few short minutes. Very organized. Courteous & down to earth lady greeted us and was able to go into the back to grab my Mom’s order, since it wasn’t quite ready. The atmosphere is very welcoming and chic.”

“Fabulous boutique in Lafayette, LA! Not only does this beautiful shop have some fantastic pieces , their staff is amazing! The ladies working yesterday were incredibly kind and welcoming, it was my first time in the store. They even gave me a little goodie bag for customer appreciation week, which was last week. Then, I was interested in a two-piece set that they did not have in the store so Gracie called their otherlocation to see if they had it. As an interior designer, I am in the customer service realm. And let me tell you, shopping at Herringstones was gold star treatment! I found some fabulous outfits for upcoming beach vacations. Will definitely be shopping here again and again!”
