“I am writing to express my highest appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to the Five Below store. From the moment I entered, the vibrant and positive energy that I have always enjoyed at Five Below was immediately apparent, making the shopping experience thoroughly enjoyable. I would like to extend special recognition to the outstanding employee, Stevonnea Richard, who went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she check the back room for the item I was seeking, but she also accompanied me throughout the entire store to help locate it. Her dedication, patience, and proactive approach truly exemplified excellent customer service and made a significant difference in my visit. Thank you, Stevonnea Richard, and the entire Five Below team, for your commitment to providing such a welcoming and helpful environment. “Dollar General on pinhook south is a nice little store to use conveniently for speed shopping while avoiding big box businesses. The people working there are always nice, and there are always decent sales going on. I like the red box in front also. The parking lot is not built very well though and there are ants at the entrance of the store. They have a bunch of cats hanging around outside, so there probably isn't a rat issue there.”
