“Very nice place staff very professional whereas the Hammond office my medical marijuana is always short meaning if I buy a 3.5 gram they only give you 3.4 and then tell you your scale is messed up. So therefore I no longer use the ham in office I use the Covington office much better place and my marijuana is never short if I pay for a 3.5 I get 3.5 and they also carry the strand glitter bomb which is the best thing going”

“This CVS is a modern one stop shop at reasonable prices for meds, OTC products, keep pickup items for family or friends and snack items as well. I even like their lounge and exercise wear. Good sizes, reasonable prices, just perfect when you need a new pair of pants to do errands or walk the dogs. From day to night (and flu shots too) everything you may need, you will find there. The employees are helpful, and they have one of the most responsive pharmacy teams on the northshore.”

“My wife and I visited this Covington location on a weekday afternoon for a vaccine from the pharmacy. Although we had appointments, we had to wait long past our appointed time. I mention this simply because, while we waited, we observed a pharmacy staff of 6-7 (pharmacists, pharm techs, clerks, etc.) fighting an uphill battle to complete tasks and serve a flood of clients. To their credit, they performed with great efficiency and were respectful, helpful, and welcoming to all with whom they dealt. I was impressed. I have no pharmacy experience, but as a retired biomedical professional with an understanding of difficulties in the industry that have grown since the recent pandemic, I observed obvious staffing issues that must be addressed by management. I'm sure that duties have increased for all employees (especially for registered pharmacists!), but this does not excuse superhuman workloads. I hope that management will find original and equitable solutions to this issue.”

“A wonderful store, great pharmacy manager, great pharmacy technicians, really try to help the patient. I am disabled and they have been been lifesavers. I have had problems with the store itself, and when I brought them to the store manager, he had an attitude and was completely involved with some outside interest on the phone and unwilling to give me a moment of his time. after 10 minutes of waiting I just left.”
“All of the pharmacy staff are cheerful, enthusiastic and competent members of your team at the Mandeville Neighborhood Pharmacy. We are well attended to and greeted with smiles and waves from the people at the drive thru window. When we go in for vaccinations, they do it quickly and always with a warm smile.
Between my husband and I, we have about 25-30 medications filled here. At previous pharmacies, that seemed to be reason to be annoyed when they saw us - like we were a nuisance to deal with. Our WM location is the polar opposite, recognizing that we are valued and loyal customers as opposed to interrupting their day.
Please keep the magic happening in this WM Mandeville pharmacy - give all your folks a raise! They make you look good, Walmart and we hope they're rewarded for working diligently and cheerfully, no matter how busy they are!
