I switched my dogs to the great new food and was delighted to find so many other great products including one of my favorite treat lines!! Ecstatic new customer who will be back for more frequently!!

The receptionist who booked our first appointment (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name), was very helpful in answering all of my questions. We drove over an hour to see Aliee. During our consultation, she asked very specific questions, and made sure to write down notes when I explained the cut I wanted for my golden doodle. She also asked me to text her a picture, so she could be sure to provide the cut that I asked for. She communicated throughout his appointment, and made sure that I was happy with the finished result before we left. She provided the exact cut that I requested. My little guy looked amazing! Aliee is a true professional and we are looking forward to our next appointment with her… I highly recommend her services!

Very professional, knowledgeable and a streamline process. But very expensive! I’m grateful I have insurance. Despite the cost they did a great job!

We have a 3 year old lab who has severe allergies, and it has been a struggle everyday. At other vet clinics, we have felt dismissed and like our questions were never fully answered. After meeting with Dr. Doyle and the lovely vet technician today, I can say I have never felt more heard. She took her time and made sure to answer all of our questions, and give great recommendations for what our next steps should be moving forward. She was also very transparent about pricing and explained everything she recommended and the reasoning behind it thoroughly. We will definitely be using Vet Naturally as our primary vet moving forward.

Dr. Wheeler has always taken the time to do thorough exams and made sure to spend time with us to explain and make sure we understand everything. Their boarding is exceptional and far better than experiences we had elsewhere. I would only recommend Lakeshore to anyone needing veterinary care.

Following an extreme allergy diagnosis in late 2021, her anxiety every time we had to visit, multiple disappointing treatment plans with our 3 previous doctors, we knew we needed a change.
Then came Monroe Street Animal Hospital. I don’t have the words for how much Dr. Paige and the entire team has turned my girls life around. She went from terrified to EXCITED for her weekly visit/bath with Monroe Street. Every person we’ve encountered there is amazing and seems to care about what they do. Sam is absolutely phenomenal, always so helpful and helps us keep everything straight when we visit. I could not recommend Monroe Street Animal Hospital more.

She is a "high energy" dog, to be sure. These sessions are terrific for her well-being, socialization, and improved obedience. Additionally, we recently had her do a 4-week Board and Train. The result was amazing! She has always been a sweet dog, but now she is so much more disciplined and has greatly improved impulse control. Plus, the people at MCA are all terrific! Highly recommended!

But i waited a bit and someone took my order and i sat and waited. they guys there were busting their asses im not gonna lie. and when i was getting my sandwich dressed and wrapped they were all super nice to me and helped me out. one of the dudes even complimented my freakin akatsuki hoodie!! fr!! they also gave me some pairing cards cause i was waitning but it was only like 10 mins, super cool dudes
