“THANK GOODNESS we finally have something other than Walmart on the Westbank! This Aldi is so much cleaner and more organized than the Kenner store. I absolutely love the fresh produce, no-brand snacks with no artificial flavors and the large selection of cheeses. Aldi also seems to have the best prices on eggs. This store will for sure replace my Trader Joe’s trips.”

“I've never seen something like this, this is like an indoor shopping center, meat market, grocery store, convenience store, smoke shop, phone repair, phone store, clothing store, car audio, check cashing, I mean I can sit here all day lol.Literally, a ONE STOP SHOP. They probably have a gaspump somewhere. The guys were really nice, prices were much cheaper than other shops in the area. It's definitely a different experience.Y'all gotta check this place out.Great job management!”

“My cousin took me here to buy a case of turkey necks-cut for family reunion. Perfect. They also had hot breakfast, boudin cooked...I helped myself to all that! Can't get that kind of food in Texas! When I'm down again, I'm definitely trying their Yakamein!***Updated August 4th***I finally made it back down here and went to King's meat market around 5:30 pm. Went inside and the cashier said the kitchen closed at 5pm. I'm like dang, okay. I'll try tomorrow a little earlier. Today I arrived there at 2:30pm, went inside and was checking out the menu, cashier said the kitchen is closed. I'm like dang-Already!? Yesterday you said they closed at 5. He stated he didn't know why they left early, but they did. So needless to say I give up trying to catch their kitchen open while I'm in town for a couple of days. That's ghetto and ridiculous!”

“Love this convenient store! I used to work here and miss it. Came back to visit and they have improved so much. Still the same friendly staff and same customers from over 10 years ago! That means a lot. Great pricing on beer, liquor, candy, chips etc..... Johnny, Nicole and Trinh are the coolest people.”

“This play is by far one of the best place to stop on in for breakfast that's only $1.99 a plate, you heard me write only $1.99 a plate! I all the time get grits with extra butter on them with eggs and sausage links that's only $1.99,which is a excellent deal, when your like me, on a tight budget! I also get a large rice with consist of sausage, bacon, eggs, and something else she puts in it everytime, that makes your mouth sing in joy! The staff hear greets you as you walk into there establishment, and also when you get your $1.99 Breakfast, that is "Hot and Fresh"! They also do made to order food! The store in general is very clean and organized and in a good area and location, to get in and out in a hurry! I would recommend this establishment to all my family and friends without hesitation! This establishment is located in Marrero, LA, as they say it "The Best Bank is the West Bank" lol!”

“The customer service is excellent. The produce is hit and miss. Sometimes the produce is fresh but I have purchased products that ended up being rotten in the middle. The pork and chicken are excellent but the beef is wanting.”

“This store is clean, organized, and well managed! They have tons of items to choose from, such as beers to cooked food. They have my favorite pickled quail eggs (Joseph's), and they have organic pickles. Locally owned and operated: a Louisiana original! Nothing has changed. It's still a great local grocery store.”

“Super convenient little place with decent service. I primarily use it for milk and ice, but their alcohol section has grown a lot in the last few years. The prices are pretty standard for a convenience store.”

“I can't believe I lived in Marrro my whole life until moving to Houston three years ago and did not hear about this poboy shop until now! It's a small, family run shop in the middle of a neighborhood down Ames past barataria a little bit. We were going to the parades so I was in search of poboys. They have a huge 32 inch shrimp poboy option that is great for the parade route. Also tried the hot sausage and hamburger poboys which were all made to order and very yummy. Reminds me of the many corner store shops in the city that have a food counter.”

“They need a better, friendlier manager. That tall white guy is extremely rude. The customer service is okay. I love the deals and discounts. I mean Winn Dixie is an expensive store, but the deals help. I can't say much! If the tall white male manager gets an attitude adjustment, I'll give five stars.”

“Never have issues. But I think they aren't well staffed because the sometimes have stock to put up and the cashier seems to try and hurry but very friendly.”

“Placed a pick up order. When it got to be well past the pick up time I went there to see what the deal was. Turns out they didn't hear the alert and I was their first pick up order. I have to say they certainly hustled to get my order together. I could tell they really gave it 100% of their attention, for that I give 5 stars. With that ethic that store may be the star of the West Bank!”

“My visit had 2 purposes- Drop off a package at the FedEx store and pick up several bottles of the store brand Pedialyte, fresh razors and a couple of snacks. The visit to the FedEx store took only 3 minutes (2 minutes in line and 1 minute to give the Customer Service Rep the shipping label and the part I was shipping.I spent about 5 minutes picking up the other items I wanted and was leaving the parking lot on my way home.It appears there is a remodeling project getting underway and I'm not sure what's being changed or how long it will take to complete, so pack your patience and your manners because the employees have no say in the remodeling and can't change the schedule even if they wanted to.Have a plan, stick to it and remember- a smile and a positive attitude may just help the situation go a little quicker.”

“The corner store. I used to ride my bike there as a kid just living down the street. I used to use the laundromat when I was single and was living alone. People were always nice.”
