“Was having a horrible morning!! I pulled up to get gas and realized that my account had been hacked and none of my funds were available for anything,. . The cashier helped mecount out change that I had and she actually added a $1.50 out of her own money to help me out to make sure that I got to where I was going. I didn’t even think to get her name because I had so many other things running through my mind, but I’m beyond grateful for her.”

“Stopped by the original GoBears on Canal in Thibodaux for gas and went inside to get a coffee. The delightful Gail took time to tell me some of the history of GoBears and a gave me few tips since i’m new to Thibodaux. Thanks Gail! I can’t wait to try the mini pan pizza in other locations. The coffee was great and the service even better!”

“Under new management. Saw a post about their food, so I called to place an order. Owner was very courteous and went out his way to make sure my order was freshly cooked. Had the Chicken livers, fried chicken and Mac & cheese. All were very good. I also heard they had great oyster poboy.”

“The young black girl over there that works nights IS AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE and needs to be held at the highest level honor that can be achieved at a Walgreens. Without going to far into it, I wanted to make a return but I wanted it on a gift card so I could purchase a pack of diapers I urgently needed while waiting on my new card in the mail. She accidentally pressed send refund to debit card and offered to pay for my daughter’s diapers because she made the mistake. I told her she absolutely did not have to and that I was not mad but she insisted. This is the kind of person who can change the course of someone’s life with their kindness. I was ready to throw up my hands and give up but she happened to be the one behind the counter tonight and I’m so thankful for that. I didn’t get your name but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.”

“Such a gem close to the Ochsner hospital and rouses. Seafood was fresh, we all got different orders i.e., blackened shrimp, fried oysters, etc. Order was accurate, food was not overly spicy, and very fresh.....gave 4 different flavor orders and all orders were accurate. Ask for the house made ranch dressing....fantastic. Also sweet potato fries made fresh! Great experience overall and all wait staff were attentive and kind...especially our waitress. We are from Chalmette, LA and New Orleans, so we know good food.”

“The employees were really nice. I asked if I tried a CVS brand of eye makeup remover (similar to L'Oréal) and I hated it could I return it and they said yes if I keep my receipt. Then they signed me up for a new CVS rewards card and sold my candy.”

Seems like this store has repeated issue of not answering the phone. I have been called repeatedly by the automated system that I have a prescription ready to pick up yet I don't know what it is for and can't get through to speak to anyone. I called multiple times on many different days and same results of being on hold for over ten minutes to get anyone on the phone. I called to speak to manager who stated to take my number and would have pharmacy call me. Well that was three days ago and still no call. This entire store seems to have a don't not care mentality. To make matters worse, corporate is no better as I was on hold there for over 10 minutes as well. Looks like I need a new pharmacy!!”
“Super efficient and helpful associates make shopping here super fast and I always get what I came for. Renee is lightning fast on the computer and super helpful, cropping prints, looking for pictures for customers on their phones, just a pleasure to watch and know she was helping in the best way. I’ve had people find things for me on the shelves too. Super helpful, even during busy times.”
“This place is so clean and the customer service is amazing very friendly and super helpful always daily plate lunches are yummy and if you looking for something quick to snack on pizza and wings are available the restrooms are clean and handicapped accessible they also have a great variety of other novelty items and other things prices are very good they are great for your in and out needs love this place”
