We have an older cat who has been very sick, and they went above and beyond to keep us updated, explain everything clearly, and treat her with so much love and compassion.
Their professionalism and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier. We cannot thank Dr. Thomas and the Waterfront Animal Hospital team enough for everything they’ve done for our family and our sweet cat.
