“Metairie Plaza Apartments are a true hidden gem, in a time when prices keep rising, these apartments offer incredible value without cutting corners. Some units even come with covered parking and private storage, which is hard to find.
What made the experience even better was Susan. I was helping my younger cousin through finding his first apartment and the rental process, and Susan was outstanding, incredibly patient, professional, and responsive even as we went back and forth.
She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

“I've been at Park Oaks for over 5 years now and have had an amazing rental experience. The front office staff Terry and Morgan, are always kind and courteous. They conduct regular check-ins over the phone to make sure that everything is going well with my unit. I rarely have issues with my unit, but when I do, George and his team respond quickly to any maintenance tickets that I submit. I truly appreciate having a staff that cares about their tenants, and I will be renewing my lease with Park Oaks again.”
“I lived at Metaire Lake Apartments a few years back, for almost two years, when I was in the New Orleans area. I absolutely loved this complex. It's pretty quiet. I think most of the tenants are young professionals, as there were not many children. The location is awesome! Near Bucktown, so great restaurants on the same street and very close to Lake Pontchatrain. Sometimes I would walk there for a workout. It is right off of Veteran's BLVD which is the main street in Metairie, where it seems like everything is located. Metairie Lake is very close to New Orleans -- Just a couple of blocks from Lakeview, and about a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter.
I would definitely recommend it. The rates are very affordable. The property was always clean, and the area was safe. I never had any issues with management. If I were to move back to New Orleans, this I'd choose this complex again.”

“Ms. Auriel is a terrific manager. Of all the places in the area, this was our top choice. Apartment itself was clean. Very spacious and well kept. I could immediately tell that management and maintenance were high quality. The Atrium is a nice touch as well. Highly recommend this complex if you are looking for an apartment in this area.”
