“So far so great! Stacy, came in on her day off (who does that NOT ME ?) to make sure I got moved in. I relocated from Dallas, Tx, and she has been so helpful and so communicative during the whole process. From the Facetime tour to the INSTANT response to any questions I had. I definitely feel safe in my apartment w: the added security of having to have a Fob to enter and use elevators to security personnel. Its soo quiet and the pool view is amazing. Honestly, it feel like Im on a vacation when I sit out on my balcony & look at the pool. My apartment is soo spacious, the master bed and bath is what you would find a house. Ten STARS!!!!”

“I truly enjoyed staying at this property! I’ve stayed at Park Oaks for close to 3 years and I had no problems! The complex is under 15 mins to get into the city and feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of the Big Easy. You’re close by restaurants, gas stations and a few grocery stores so that’s also a plus too. Although they are modern units, renovations are happing to certain units. If you luck up on seeing an availability, take it!”
“I've been living at Oak Creek for over two years and in the last year there has been a change in management that has convinced me to renew my lease. The NEW management is kind and courteous and lives up to a standard of service that I can get behind. Any problems that my home might have, the office and their team solve them promptly and with a smile. I love living here!”
“Im sure the more negative reviews show up first, but in my experience NOLA Apartments has been incredibly responsive for me and my housemates all year. They are always quick to reply to emails and typically send a maintenance repairman within a few days of requesting. Kelly and Denny in particular have been so good to us. They are always more than willing to work with us, and are incredibly kind and understanding of college students’ situations and sometimes unique complexities.”

“well im from st.rose and we love these apartments well we grewup in them but its nice the space in the livingrooms and the peace when you walk outside but i havent been back there in 6 years i moved in 2004 my grandma lived in river road i stayed in the apartments in the back . but they use to have swimming pools there closed because years back kids snuck in the pool and a 3 year old drowned the office OMG but once you get to know them there sweet people but the little short old black lady she mean as hell lol . well thats all i remember i had fun as a kid back there any one who wants to experice they first apartment should consiter theres . welcome or and no nosey people i like that just peace”

“I love living at the Seasons. It is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The people are friendly, and maintenance is usually done in a reasonable timeframe. Even a few small issues I have sent an email about, specifying no rush, we're still quickly taken care of. The appliances in our apartment are a bit dated, but the vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and full size washer/dryer more than make up for that. I recommend this apartment complex for sure!”
