“I had the kindest and best experience recently renting a car from this Enterprise. Ryan was so helpful explaining things and even picked me up and brought me back to my office when I returned the car. He even hooked up my phone to the car I was renting which was extremely helpful when utilizing the navigation system. The manager, Christian was quite lovely as well making sure everything went smoothly and he, as well as Ryan checked on how my experience was with the vehicle I rented. All in all, a wonderful experience by two awesome employees!”

“Well reserved, is an empty promise. Made with professional courtesy. With down payment to hold. And if you don't fill the requirements, of waiting for a full month, of holding. Hertz, will cus, scream, and hate on you over phone. What happened to professional, courtesy, good moral, you would ask. ( I did!) And the one sided conversation, on hertz end went from hateful, to cussing, in 0 to 100 mph, in a heart beat. So becarful, make sure you ( tip toe, around the broken glass that's laying around. You might get cut.) This is in a metaphor use, of words. To how bad I was made to feel.... so if you call I hope it gets better or at least get proper service! Good luck.”
