“I ordered my daughter a jersey for her birthday and the tracking even showed it was delivered to the wrong location. I emailed and asked what could be done and they overnighted me a replacement to get it here in time for her birthday. Wonderful customer service!”
“The cameras do point directly into the dressing rooms. [EDIT: While the reply claims that if the curtain is closed then they cant see in... look at the picture. My curtain is closed. I could see the camera in the mirror of the dressing room with the curtain closed. ] Love shopping here. Great deals. Normally have to get a dressing room myself while I watch the employees help other guests.”
“Upscale boutique -- colorful, playful clothes in great fabrics. Style felt contemporary and joyful in a way that defied age bands -- I bought four pieces for my late 40s girlfriend but also saw 20 somethings trying things on. Sales people were attentive but not suffocating. Great sale rack.”
“Had THE BEST experience here with my friend today. Neither of us dress that cute when we’re out running errands or shopping, usually in a t-shirt and athletic shorts. So we don’t get a lot of attention from sales girls in the usual boutiques we go in. When we walked in Dolce today, looking frumpy as usual, every sales girl we encountered was so nice and super helpful! One girl even picked out some stuff for each of us she thought we would like and put them in our dressing rooms. Each and every girl in there was amazing and so welcoming. We will definitely be back!”

“Madewell is a fantastic brand, you get high end, ethical products. Yes, they do sell men’s clothing, online, and have some of the most unique styles I’ve seen. The relax taper fit Jeans are my favorite, and for women the Barrel-Leg is a must try.”
“The white blonde female staff was cautious and very helpful. Saved my time. They issued me a $16 refund for my exchange due to the higher price I paid in the branch in Riverwalk. I am going to wait for my bank to verify that. Thing is, the Riverwalk one is a factory outlet and this one is retail, and somehow this one is cheaper for my favorite original straight extreme flex pants. This store is good people and clearly superior than avg Louisiana service.”
“This store was just recently taken over by 5.11 Corporate from Karl Malone. It is now a company owned store and not ran by a third party. Give them a chance to see if their service increases and to show more consistency in their business practices. Most of the 5.11 locations I've visited deliver good service, but like most retail there are some that do not. Let's give them another chance.”
“So, it was first time in the store and I was pleasantly surprised! The store is well stocked, clean, visually appealing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only hiccup I faced was involving the dressing room and new hires. Someone didn’t realize that a dressing room attendant wasn’t on the schedule, and their new hires were seated in all of the dressing room chairs. Thus, we had to wait 8 minutes before someone helped us and there was never a place to sit. As a disabled person, that is problematic! A secondary issue involves our cashier not removing the security tag from an item that was purchased. Now, I have to find the receipt and return the purchase for my niece.”
