“I found a nice Michael Kors sweater for my son, it unfortunately only had the original price on it. I kept 2 ladies from the staff busy for at least 15 Minutes to find out the reduced price. You might say it's their job and maybe you are right, but seeing them still smiling and being patient until they found the selling price is rather rare for underpaid retail staff and therefore much appreciated by me!”

“Having some downtime and needing to find some items for a themed party later in the week I found myself here. It is a bit unnerving being in here and it feels like a sterile environment. But that has nothing to do with the customer service I received while in here. I took some time to browse the tables and racks and didn't rush myself. I ended up circling back to where I started at the sunglass displays. I tried a few pairs on. After some back and forth between pairs I finally made a decision. I take my purchase and head to the register for checkout. Here is where it gets good. I at first thought that I was not going to get the best customer service. The girl working the checkout didn't look too friendly. Once I got there, and she rang me up. I thought that was it and I was going to walk out of there with my new sunglasses. After she rung them up and took off the security tag she asked me what case I wanted for the sunglasses. I was taken aback because I was not aware it came with a case. Not sure, she chimed in with which cases she had and made suggestions on the color I should get that would compliment the pair I selected. I didn't argue with her, I went with her suggestion because she was right. The case totally complimented the color of the lenses and I couldn't be more happy.”

“The lines can tend to be pretty long because they usually only have one cashier but when you go to a Family Dollar you generally expect that. However they do have a lot of stuff for a dollar and the variety is really large so just bring some headphones and listen to some music while you're in line and shopping and you should be pretty good; it's fun to save up or go in with $20 with the intent of just buying 20 dollars worth of anything.”
“It's a Walmart. Nothing special. Lots of people and half empty shelves. The majority of the check out lines are self check out. Thank goodness for Walmart+! They are renovating, so the store is brighter, which is nice.”

No one has ever been a weirdo to me at this location, 2. I can always find a semi decent parking spot, 3. the sanitizer wipes by the carts are always stocked.”
