“Before Thanksgiving, sales associates helped me make a gift purchase for my sister and brother-in-law. While my sister and brother-in-law were looking at a small statue of a girl and boy running with a dog displayed in locked in glass on the back wall, I joined them. As they walked away from the display, I asked the sales associate to remove the item from the display so I could purchase as a gift for them. She rang the item up, I paid, and she wrapped the item in pretty tissue paper and placed in a bag with a ribbon tied into a bow. my sister and brother-in-law returned to the display and could not find the item they
decided to buy. I handed them the gift bag with a Christmas wish.”
