“I went into the store and spoke to an associate about a problem. The associate gave me the Assistant Manager name (Michelle) and told me when I could stop by and see her. I went in, showed her the problem and it was resolved the same day. I received a brand new part. Ms. Michelle called and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Being in customer service for 18 years, I must say Michelle provided top notch customer service. I was blown away! I will not shop with anyone else. I hope the District staff sees this review. “Wife was having fluid level alarms while out of town for work and I wasn't with her. She was able to visit one of the locations and one of the counter assistants helped her check the alarm and put fluid levels back to normal to ease her mind and satisfy the alarm so she could return home safely.”
