Jensen, Elan We're great, we was having a problem the day before and have to come back because they was closing. They was doing everything in there power to help us. But it was close in time, and we understood the next day. We came in and everything was great, got the car .thanks, ladies.

Around the 10th of February, 2023, I was finally able to find the info for Hertz Corporate:executivecustomerservice…They read my complaint and addressed it appropriately with a Refund, for the days that the car was not in my possession.
