Verizon Clearview location was great customer service and support. Staff was patient, kind, helpful and friendly. They took time to answer questions and resolve issue with phone. Customers report awesome and fantastic service, amazing deals and nice staff. They could upgrade or trade in phone, get new sim card, and switch family plan quickly. Employees was busy on Sunday afternoon but very helpful. The tech exchanged card quickly and resolve issue. Thanks to the helpful employees, a stressful day made pleasant for customers.
They are literally a great staff. Always patient and helpful. Verizon needs to recognize these associates in this store because honestly, this kind of customer service is RARE!
