All the trainers are professional and positive, and the vibes are encouraging, not intimidating. I would recommend Future Fitness to anyone at any skill level!”

2373 Town Center Blvd #710, Baton Rouge“Something about the OT simple gamification of exercise hits me just right to keep me hitting the gym (and getting up at 4a to make the 5a class). The coaches and staff at this location are all great.”

9306 Perkins Rd, Baton Rouge“Wow! While looking for a place to do pre therapy for total knee replacement I found FITT Baton Rouge. I visited several well known traditional physical therapy places and was greeted with blank stares when I requested pre rather than post surgery therapy for TKR. They just weren't prepared for someone who wanted to be in top physical condition BEFORE surgery. As soon as I walked into FITT and met the front desk staff and then Jerry I felt welcomed, respected and supported. They are now part of my team for what Jerry calls 'game day" which is my surgery date. I have a plan and a team of therapists who will work with me to reach my goal of being as prepared as possible for this big surgery. In the future this will be the way healthy people prepare for surgery. PS my TKR will be outpatient! Thanks FITT, Jerry and the entire team!”
“I’ve been a member for a little over 4 months and truly love the OTF experience! The coaches are some of the best I’ve had in many years of corporate gym membership; clean, welcoming environment with friendly studio staff and members! The membership price is a great value when you consider it’s a structured “personal” training & curated workouts regardless of your fitness level.”
“6yo Son attended swimming lessons. We had an amazing time. I had an amazing time! Proud Mom moment choosing the "Y". He was very nervous initially. Going from not even knowing how to hold his breath to fully confident in only a matter of days! Khalil Jordan as his swim coach worked VERY well with the children, was a great swim coach, and always very professional! Phenomenal job! Rian and Khalil both worked here and another location. Rian was also very professional and she made the effort to reach out and communicate with each parent reguarding class cancelations, reschedules, make-ups as well as location changes. If I had to make the decision on swim classes for my son again I would definitely choose YMCA!”

7556 Bluebonnet Blvd, Baton Rouge“I have been a member of Regymen for over three years now, which speaks volumes about the place. Before joining Regymen, I used to frequent the local YMCA and had previously been a member of another private gym. However, Regymen completely revolutionized my exercise routine. Even in my late forties, I have never felt fitter (perhaps not even during my high school days). Their structured workouts typically last an hour, during which you engage in a range of up to 20 different exercises. They have an extensive range of equipment beyond the usual treadmills and stationary bikes, including boxing setups with aqua bags and ground and pounds, skiergs, barbells, and a variety of exercises involving kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, Bosu balls, TRX straps, snake ropes, and more. The actual exercise time amounts to approximately 39-42 minutes, complemented by a 5-minute warmup. The remaining time is allocated for recovery between sets and transitioning between different stations within the gym. In other words, monotony is never a concern (and you certainly need the short breaks!).The coaches at Regymen exude tremendous enthusiasm, and the energizing music and synchronized lights enhance the experience. However, if any of this seems intimidating, rest assured that the membership comprises of individuals of diverse ages and fitness levels. The coaches provide encouragement without applying pressure. In fact, they often inject humor into their interactions and make an effort to know you by your first name. The environment fosters self-improvement rather than competition with others. Additionally, the clientele is ethnically and racially diverse, which is an added plus.Beyond the physical aspect, Regymen cultivates a strong sense of community. The gym organizes monthly social events at local bars or other venues, such as king cake parties, crawfish boils, and group runs in local 5k races. The coaches and management staff are super friendly too.Membership is not pocket change (more than twice my previous YMCA membership) but, if you can afford it, it is well worth the investment.I know I am gushing praise, but they totally deserve it.”
“I stopped by this gym to complete a few online workouts at open gym. Their facility was clean, organized, and spacious. Their owner/ head coach was very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Baton Rouge.”

9730 Bluebonnet Blvd STE 3, Baton Rouge“The workouts are fantastic! It's great to be able to just show up and the variety and intensity of movements will be covered. Better yet is the community at F45 here: the staff and the people I've met in class are welcoming and encouraging.”
8:30 - 10:45AM
4207 Perkins Rd, Baton Rouge“If you are looking to get in shape or get over a plateau, this is THE place. No matter where your fitness level starts, a couple months of this will definitely make changes. It's a great combination of cardio and strength, with a lot more switching than orange theory so you actually can keep your heart rate up more, and those of us without much cardiovascular endurance can push harder. It also lacks the obnoxiously in your face trainers of orange theory, which I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate. I might not be the best runner, but I am perfectly capable of working out as hard as I can without someone pushing my to injure myself. The instructors at tread are amazing at encouraging you to work hard and keep improving while recognising that every day isn't always our best day. The classes are a little pricey, but everyone should give this a try. It's definitely worth it.”

You can tell they put time and effort into creating the best classes to get you toned. Every instructor is amazing and motivating…putting you in “the zone”. I LOVE Tyler Boyd’s classes and always leave here with a huge smile on my face! You will not regret joining ToneBR!”

I love the pool, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 saunas, steam rooms, 2 showers, and very easy access for men. I'm sure the ladies' room has the same. Some of the bikes and other equipment needs to be updated.??Surprised at the attendance count. This is a gem in the rocks. 7580 Corporate Blvd Suite 100, Baton Rouge“Today was my first day and it was an adventurous time for me and very heartfelt. They took their time with me to train me through what I needed to do and also asked me how I felt about it. What were my specifics in doing what I needed to do to reach my fitness goals. Today was the very first time in 28 years that I have ever been to a fitness itself and they have treated me so politely. I would most definitely recommend theseothese guys to anyone who's willing to work and put in their heart dedication and to helping themselves strive for a better life”
“The workout circuit is amazing. It sets each machine for your size and the weights that you need. There's a spinning class and state of the art treadmills and elliptical and much more.”
“I enjoy this location much more than I thought I would. Very clean, great variety of services & staff is knowledgeable, friendly & willing to help. Being a Senior Citizen, these factors are important to me.”
“This gym is a jewel it has an indoor swimming pool. Locker room with private dressing rooms and showers. It has a basket ball court an indoor running track, a weight room with boxing bags, a deadlift area and a private women's gym. I absolutely recommend! It's a great deal for a low price and they also have group fitness trainings throughout the week.”
“I come here for Live 2 Serve, and it's the best way to spend your free time playing with the children who are less fortunate in the Baton Rouge, also this is the best way for students to help these children to be active in their community.”
“I love this ymca! It is clean and well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and will help you understand all that is available at the Manship YMCA. I especially enjoy chair yoga on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. It will make a difference in your life. Come take a tour.”

8827 Highland Rd, Baton Rouge“This is definitely gonna be my go to gym. It has everything I need to workout and train. Very spacious and even with a full house you can definitely do what you need to do and then some. The kettlebells and weighted slide are perfect for those full body days where I don't wanna lift heavy weight. This gym should be the model for all Anytime Fitness gyms across the board!”
“This is a big open and clean facility with plenty of space. There is plenty of equipment, and it is well maintained. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. I highly recommend!”
“Love the “Judgement Free Zone” which is the whole place! We’re senior citizens (barely) who just need to stay active, so this is the perfect place for us.”

“LSU has an amazing UREC with countless amenities/workout stations that have stayed in shockingly great shape despite the number of people passing through everyday. It can occasionally be hard to find a working locker but the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and every time I go the gym space, equipment, and lockers are clean and easy to use.”
“My first time getting a gym membership. I called around to different gyms and decided on Anytime Fitness because they have locations in many cities. I do alot of traveling. So, they were a good fit for me. Plus, the location I'm at is very clean, I can go 24/7, and they have lots of gym equipment. Haven't lifted weights in over 7 years, but since they have a national membership program, I'm dedicating myself to physical fitness.”
