The ppl who work there act like walmart employees (they don't know the answer to questions) and you basically are on your own to figure stuff out. Overall it worked out but personally idk if I'd go again but given they do have a lot of selection i may try it again in the future.”

“Everyone at the Best Used Appliance Superstore on Linwood Ave in Shreveport are friendly and helpful. Our old cloths dryer stopped heating to dry cloths so I bought a nicer, newer model from Best Used Appliance Superstore. When I was taking out our old dryer, I took the back off and noticed a connector to the heating element had broken loose. Corey went above and beyond to help me repair the heating element in a safe way. Now our old dryer works, and we are very happy with our newer dryer too. This kind of customer service is rare these days.”
