They accommodated me with the entire experience, exchanged my initial bedroom furniture for a different set, no questions asked. Here we are a year later and my mattress ended up being defective. They took care of me, gave me a better mattress than I originally purchased, at no additional cost to me, and are delivering it to me for free. “At the entrance of the store was free freshly brewed coffee. It was so delicious. The store has beautiful indoor & outdoor home decor. Everything was neatly displayed. I love the table runners & water glasses. The salespeople were friendly. There were many types of foods, condiments, beverages, wines and accessories on display. A few pieces of clothing are also available for purchase. I enjoyed looking at everything in the store. The store is a great place to purchase wedding gifts, also.”

“Johnson Furniture accommodated our needs after a tireless couch-shopping search that spanned literally three years (picky wife, lol). We finally settled on a couch and were able to expedite the process by picking it up at the warehouse!
Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and the wrong color and fabric were picked up. However, quick thinking from Kiel Tyler saved the weekend, and just a few short days later, we have the correct couch. I couldn't be happier with the service or this company, and I plan to source all of my furniture from Johnson’s in the future!”

When I made it to the front at the registers and suggested that the worker that was kind to me deserved a raise, the cashier informed me that the young man who helped my mother was actually the store manager and I must say that he went above and beyond helping us mother pick out Patio cushions yesterday. We will definitely be back simply because of him.”

“We love sleep number, and when it was time to upgrade our previous sleep number, this store was great! Gabby was particularly helpful, and spent a lot of time making sure we got what we wanted. She even followed up a few weeks later at the perfect time, when I realized we needed to order a cover to go with the climate control bed. She was able to help us get it ordered quickly and smoothly. Great experience, and Gabby deserves a raise!”
“Very nice place for a variety of goods that you may seldom see at other outlets. They have a variety of wood products for builders and home improvement. Remodeling, 1st stop then proceed to the usual places before starting.

“We have purchased 2 chests of drawers now and are contemplating 2 sofa side tables. Solid, wonderful furniture. Well made. Beautiful, natural wood pieces. Some painted children's furniture and other unique pieces, too. And prices are better than a lot of particle board. Most will be ordered just for up, so may have to wait a little while for it to come in or to be strained/painted, but it's well worth the wait. The folks who own it or work there are very helpful and try to find just the right thing you want/need. And delivery is available for a small fee.”

“I went in on July 4th, 2026. I was greeted with a smile by Lee. Explained what I wanted and why. All I knew was Purple Hybrid didn’t know what kind. Lee said “no problem let me show you what we’ve got’” Lee then spent the next 40 minutes helping me while I flopped and flipped like a cross between a beached whale and Goldilocks.
