She even followed up a few weeks later at the perfect time, when I realized we needed to order a cover to go with the climate control bed. She was able to help us get it ordered quickly and smoothly. Great experience, and Gabby deserves a raise!”
“They have a third party guy that offers delivery, his prices depend on size and quantity of your order. He’s currently not delivering either. They had a decent selection but if you want a different color or set up you have to pay full price.”

To bathroom vanities, sinks , doors (interior & exterior) and rugs! Not one thing I saw was over priced. Blowing 2 other places I went to today looking for bathroom sinks, out of the water. At nearly 50% less than the other guys! Today's trip was work related. My next will definitely be a personal trip!!”

I found what I wanted fairly quickly and it was an easy process to purchase and have delivered. I've frequently recommended this place for anyone looking for gently used furniture that's well made and fairly budget-friendly. I've been back a few times looking for specific pieces & style, but haven't found what I'm looking for, but I have asked them to keep an eye out for me, which they gladly agreed to do. They're super sweet and it's not a high pressure type of place; a perfect blend of helpful and letting the customer browse to their content.”
“Johnson Furniture accommodated our needs after a tireless couch-shopping search that spanned literally three years (picky wife, lol). We finally settled on a couch and were able to expedite the process by picking it up at the warehouse!
Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and the wrong color and fabric were picked up. However, quick thinking from Kiel Tyler saved the weekend, and just a few short days later, we have the correct couch. I couldn't be happier with the service or this company, and I plan to source all of my furniture from Johnson’s in the future!”

“I purchased a new living room set last week from Tityani a sales representative on Mansfield Road she was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful! Robyn was also helpful until who I assumed who was a manager TRAVIS stepped in and was so rude, disrespectful and embarrassing to Tityani I was EMBARRASSED FOR HIM AND ASHAMED OF HIM!!!! If it weren’t for Tityani and Robyn I ABSOLUTELY WOULD HAVE WENT TO RENT A CENTER!!! He should be fired DEFINITELY NOT MANAGER MATERIAL! You DO NOT DISRESPECT EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!
