Great customer service in Palestine, TX. We had an issue with a new refrigerator. They didn't have one in stock, so I had to go to the warehouse in Shreveport to get it, but they did exchange it. It would have been a week for them to change it out.

The repairman was courteous and quickly repaired our issue. Hopefully we will not need him again but if so, he would be a welcome sight.
