“The store was far away from where I am staying, and it was difficult to get to, because the red light where I was to turn left at stayed on for it seemed like 15 minutes, so I had to go elsewhere, out of the way, turn right and find my way legally to get on the right street to find the AT&T store. Once I arrived there, the store was very clean and the representatives were nice. The person who assisted me, Malik was very kind, and knowledgeable about my phone. He was very helpful! There should be more people like him in the service industry. Promote him or give him a sizeable raise PLEASE! He deserves it!”

“Review for: The two young men who work at the Verizon Wireless store were extremely helpful to me in setting up my new phone. One, was the manager, tall, young, Black gentleman, and the other young Latino gentleman. My phone carrier couldn’t help me with a final step due to an issue on my side. So I had to go into a brick and mortar location. They were pleasant, calm, fast and efficient.

“Awesome store?? Got an apple watch and a phone all ready for christmas. The staff is so kind and always help with anything, only store I have seen where I got treated with fast service, good deals and gave out what I needed. Got everything you could want from varieties of phones to airpods super cool. Definitely #1 store in the westbank I live an hour away and I will still go back no matter what. They have an vape store mixed in with the phone store which is nice. Place is super clean everything is organized in their place, its active with good music”
