“I had a rental from 08/04 to 08/11. I had quite a few issues with this trip. I had to travel to Denver for a funeral. My first issue was that the car was not cleaned out nor had it been washed! The car was extremely dirty inside and out. You could tell it hadn’t been rented in a while and it was basically been sitting with all the pollen on it! Then it had dents and scratches all over it! Second issue was I found empty shell casings in the car while I was cleaning it out!! I gave the casings to the worker at the branch upon return. Third issue was the car kept saying it needed an oil change before I had left Monroe! The sticker on the car said last oil change was 09/22! Then the car had a slow leak in the passenger tire! I kept having to put air in it on my way to Denver! Third issue while on my trip I was stopped by an officer because the tail lights were out! I wanted to return it but I didn’t pick up the rental until 4pm and found all this after they had closed and they are closed on the weekends! I had to drive for a funeral and kept worrying if the engine would lock up! Upon return the agent after I had given him the shell casings and explained the horrible experience asked if there was anything he could do I then asked what could he do and he said NOTHING! Only thing he could say was we check the oil but may not have reset the light. We wouldn’t rent out a vehicle that needs an oil change. I then told him I didn’t believe that you rented out a vehicle that needs a tire with the taillights out! No discounts or anything!!! This rental was beyond horrible!!!*UPDATE*On 08/15 I spoke with someone locally who listened to my concerns and was very apologetic for the issues that I had. They did not want to close out my rental until they resolved my issues! That meant a lot! They really wanted to make it right and did! They are working to get the tire and taillight fixed as well as ensuring the proper cleaning procedures are being done. After speaking to this gentleman I didn’t get his name, however (I’m terrible with names) Thank you for just listening!! I did receive a discount for the trouble!”

“Was the cheaper car rental place in Orlando from the airport.. I do not recommend purchasing the Toll Road pass option because of you use Google Maps for navigation you can easily maneuver around Orlando without hitting a toll both so this option I paid extra for was really a bad idea.. I maybe went thru 3 toll booths my first day because I did not know what I was doing..after the first day I figured it out and missed all toll roads simply by selecting Choose Route bypassing Toll Roads under route options..overall a great rental regardless”
