This time it was so soft I tilted my cone a tiny bit and it fell right off my cone. I think they should just stop selling it and get rid of the machine. There is nothing worse than getting an ice cream and its melted. I have decided to not get half and half anymore. I will have to spend more for hard serve until the issue is fixed. Please dairy joy fix the machine .....its my favorite ice cream ? ?
