85 Baribeau Dr, BrunswickDr. Norman is incredible! He is exemplary in the way he inspects and accesses your animal— top to bottom— regardless of what brings your pet to the vet. He often mentions things that you would not have thought of, or comments on aspects of your animal’s health to look out for, along with addressing any health concerns that brought them to the clinic in the first place. He is incredibly thorough and has a fabulous connection with animals. The front of house staff are wonderful and professional, managing multi-tasking beautifully, as the clinic is always busy. The pharmacy, although often also very busy, does a great job in getting medications filled as quickly as possible. The space itself is very clean. We have an aging dog and two cats and have been very grateful for the care they have received here.

36 Eastern Shore Rd, BrunswickGo here! It’s worth the trip down Mere Point Road (or by boat from Casco Bay) to visit this family-owned store and marina.
My most recent visit was on an overcast day, but I could still enjoy the view of nearby islands. From the store I ordered a Midcoast Thanksgiving Sandwich. Fresh bread, turkey, cheese, lettuce, and homemade cranberry sauce were the perfect combination. Maine Wild Blueberry ice cream was the perfect dessert. I even treated myself to some penny candy for nostalgia!
Staff was mostly high-school aged “kids.” They were fast and efficient, churning out sandwiches during the busy lunch rush.
Plenty of outdoor seating on picnic tables and Adirondack chairs.
I hope to make another visit before I have to head home!

I had a bunch of questions about the menu and drink options, and he answered them not just thoroughly, but with knowledge and passion about the menu. He recommended the roasted garlic panisse, which we likely would not have tried without his recommendation--and it was such an incredibly delicious dish, unlike anything we had had before.
We are really looking forward to our next dinner at Maine Street Bistro!

5 Industrial Pkwy, BrunswickI got my adorable boy Franky here. The process was very swift and they gave me all of the information I needed about his past surgeries and care. The packet they gave me was full of information and has been very helpful! They take very good care of the animals and whoever fostered my kitty did an excellent job potty training him and getting him comfortable with his toes and ears touched for cleaning and clippings. They have been a bit difficult to contact after the adoption, but I can only assume its because they have a lot going on with all the animals in their care. They got back to me when they could and were super helpful and informative. I would definitely reccomend getting a pet that needs a lovely home from them!
