“First off I reviewed Audette's on yelp. Thought they must be missing something as the reviews were good and one seemingly bad. Ordered a Weber grill online and took it home to build. Pretty simple; done my share of this in the past. Got it all together and realized the top wasn't fitting correctly no matter how I tried. Made a huge mistake and called Weber. Gave up on Weber knowledge (!) and returned grill. Refund was issued and customer service was outstanding from all employees I dealt with!”
