“Make sure you double check with the driver how much they delivered before they leave. I called and had 100 gallons ordered and they delivered an extra hundred gallons and instead of offering me some type of resolution they said I had an extra 30 days to pay it. Now I’m asking for a few more weeks extra to pay it and they’re refusing and telling me i Will have late fees if I don’t honor the 30 days.Double check with the driver. Seems really sketchy seeing as how other people have had this problem.”

“AFC-Augusta is one of the only companies that service the area where our camp is. Their prices are fair and they’re quick to respond. We got ourselves into a pickle today where we ran out of propane (heat and hot water) on the first day of a month long booking. I called and talked to a lady Named Lynn and explained my situation. She was polite and we had a delivery within a couple hours. I know they may not always have the capacity to fulfill an urgent request so promptly but so far they are treating us well. Thank you!”
