“We sell our organic aged apple cider vinegar here and love going and picking up food and natural cleaning supplies and shampoos. The store is always super clean and tidy and well-stocked. The people are super nice.”
“Zach catered our rehearsal dinner this past weekend, and we can’t recommend him enough! He was professional and kind. Everything needed for the meal was provided. The food was absolutely delicious! His blueberry cake was phenomenal. Highly recommended him if you’re looking for a great lobster bake.”

“Quaint little island market where everyone knows everyone else. Has a great selection of snacks and drinks. Really made me feel like I was walking back in time. Prices are reasonable (this is an island) and the sandwiches are all homemade. Good meatball subs and clam chowder. Chili could use a little more spice!!!!!”

“Cute little market on the south side of Freeport. Very busy when open. If your a truck driver stay left of store blindside back into docks. Store is actually located on school street at intersection of Bow and School.”
“The Rockland store needs an update, shabby and dated. Not great selection as Shaw’s Downeast has.Update 11/23: Wow, someone is listening. Store is being updated, more and better selections, staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s almost all new.”
“I’ve been going to Bailey island every summer for 40+ years and it doesn’t ever sink in that we’re back until we stop, that first full day, for our pancake at BIGS. A pancake that fills a small pizza box. ? ? BIGS is the heart of Bailey island and you can’t miss stopping by for a sandwich or a pizza during you visit. In honor of it’s general store roots: You can also grab an extension cord, some light bulbs and a bottle of wine while you’re there.”
