“Fun little market. Great variety of groceries - even better variety of foods prepared in house. Pizza, sandwiches and salads made to order or ready to eat. And they’ll slice up meats and cheeses for you to buy by the pound. They also have lots of ice cream available at the little ice cream shop on the side of the store so you don’t have to go into the store if you don’t want to. Friendly staff. A tad pricey, which is why I gave 4 stars.”

“Bar Harbor was of course a must-see on our tour of New England and the city is really nice. On the way to the next motel we refueled here again because it is quite expensive everywhere and a little cheaper in the supermarket. We found everything we wanted and as far as prices go... higher than in Germany, but hey, you know that when you visit the USA.”

“Very helpful in the pharmacy when I needed a medication while visiting my daughter from out of town.Also once I had gotten some produce that when I cut it open it was not good and they not only gave me my money back but they doubled the refund amount. Who does that?”

“Lovely shop with a small but quality selection of local cheeses and preserved fish. It also has a generous and appealing selection of wine as well as thoughtfully chosen items you might want on vacation but have forgotten, like corkscrews, bottle openers, and oyster knives. Friendly proprietor and a few giftable items too. Stop by!”
