“We stopped here for picnic food (beer, wine, cheese, meat, peanuts, chocolate, and oddly, bottle openers, and the place filled the bill handsomely for casual home food and provisions.”
“Lovely shop with a small but quality selection of local cheeses and preserved fish. It also has a generous and appealing selection of wine as well as thoughtfully chosen items you might want on vacation but have forgotten, like corkscrews, bottle openers, and oyster knives. Friendly proprietor and a few giftable items too. Stop by!”
“Loved Lily's attentiveness ❤️ Visited her a few times with my sister to pick things up for my grandmother. It's got fair prices and some great essentials so you don't have to make special trips off island”

86 Cottage St, Bar Harbor“Bar Harbor was of course a must-see on our tour of New England and the city is really nice. On the way to the next motel we refueled here again because it is quite expensive everywhere and a little cheaper in the supermarket. We found everything we wanted and as far as prices go... higher than in Germany, but hey, you know that when you visit the USA.”
“Very helpful in the pharmacy when I needed a medication while visiting my daughter from out of town. Also once I had gotten some produce that when I cut it open it was not good and they not only gave me my money back but they doubled the refund amount. Who does that?”
“Neat little Old Time market in Northeast Harbor, Maine. They seem to have everything you need. Located on a very popular street of shops with every kind of souvenir of Maine that you can think of, Pine Tree Market has all of the essentials that you will need whether you are just passing through or staying the summer. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Like something out of the past. It's nice to see these stores continuing.”
“Thankfully got to eat this pizza! It was the best! We wanted some pizza and we got it. Some of the best I’ve ever had. New york style and massive! We ordered 2 but just ate one bc it’s so big. Thanks so much!”
