“The staff in this CVS are available when you need help. I observed the pharmacist speaking with customers, and I also observed a pharmacy tech speaking with customers. I, myself, did not use the pharmacy, but I did take note of how the customers were treated so very well and with respect. There was also communication in a friendly manner. That is so very important to those of us who don’t feel well or anxious about our conditions. It was not only good customer service. It was an observation of people being very kind to one another. This Circle K was sold out of most things late that evening (likely, from others in my position), but I was able to rally together a sausage breakfast burrito and a packet of extra sugary honey roasted peanuts. The employee on call was very friendly. Would recommend dropping by if you are in a similar position!”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
