She actually knows how to trim Goldens - I've been to a few places over the years that don't understand how to groom the breed. Spaw is not one of those places! Animal Hospital of South Gorham
47 County Rd, GorhamI've meant to leave a review for awhile and just happened to remember today. I've been seeing this vet since approximately 2018 and they have always been able to see my animals in a timely manner and provided great care. I started seeing them first when I got my cockatiel who was quite the troublemaker, getting himself hurt several times. Though some of this was due to my own inexperience they were always able to get me in for emergency appointments promptly and made sure he got proper care. They took my calls quickly and always got me in quickly even sometimes sneaking me in only an hour after i called or taking me after hours. I later brought in my guinea pigs who were experiencing skin mites, I regret not bringing them in sooner. Dr. Mulski saw them and although she came off a little rude at first I quickly learned she is very enthusiastic about your pets wellbeing. I saw true excitement in the vet and vet techs as they saw them improve and that truly means alot. I also started bringing my cat to them. Their prices are very reasonable especially compared to some of the nightmare charges Ive gotten with past vets. Even with overnight care Ive never feared breaking the bank with them and they have always showed true compassion for my pets. I just brought my kitty in a few weeks ago for some concern about asthma. They suggested quite a few tests that Im glad i signed off on as they caught a thyroid issue early that we may not have caught otherwise. Dr. Niedermeyer also sat down with me and explained his xrays and test results in detail which im very thankful for. Both vets here are great and really care along with the rest of the staff. I wish I had started seeing them sooner as they have truly helped my pets and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

The Blue Pig Diner
19 State St, GorhamSeriously, what's not to love at Blue Pig? All the different dishes I've had have been great. I literally have not had a bad dish here. My top recommendations are (not in any order) are: Corned Beef Hash, Corned beef Benedict, most of the specials (always check for specials), biscuits and gravy, bloody Marys, French toast... I'm sure I'll have more to add since we're working our way through the menu. ??♀️? We're taking our time through the menu so we survive to see any specials. ? Anyways... Getting side tracked. The food here is outstanding. The staff is incredible. It's our go to place to take people who come to visit us. This is the spot they remember.
This place does come with warnings. First - there is a very important rule. Do not sit at a dirty table. Don't be an ass. These ladies work hard. Wait your turn. Second - there's probably a wait on the weekends because everyone loves this place. They have an honor system type of wait list. You just wait your turn. I've never seen this be a problem.
Overall this is a pretty awesome spot with delicious food and outstanding staff. Also the portions are sizable. This place definitely throws off its own vibe. A must try.

7 Railroad Ave Unit 102, GorhamWe had the best time here for our boys double birthday party! The waitress was incredible, all the kiddos has a blast and the food was delicious! I would definitely have another gathering here, they do a great job.
