“Wow. We are SO happy we discovered this great Maine company! Not only is the 16’ step ladder perfect for reaching our ridiculously high cathedral ceiling, the service and product are top-notch. My husband called and arranged for delivery (fast, two day, door-to-door) but got overly anxious to replace our ceiling fans and picked up the ladder in person. Black Bear crew were exceptional. He came back with a high quality ladder at a reasonable price, and raved about the great service. Highly, highly recommend. Brad , the new owner, is there to serve his customers, he goes over and beyond to help you find what you need. His employees are always helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable as well. Good old fashioned customer service! Ask for Tux , he's probably most knowledgeable of store layout.”

And I believe I initially saw it priced at this time for no more than $20. On my return for its purchase 1 week later (2 days ago) it was priced at $25+ for an 8x7 sized piece. “My husband and I went into the store and bought a Blackstone grill at the advice of the guys down there. They were right it is the best grill we have ever had. They also knew that my husband could not physically pick up the grill to get it into our vehicle or to unload it when we got home. So they delivered it.
