“Went to buy a mechanics tool cart at the new Oxford store. They had forgotten to remove the sale which had passed but honored the sale price for me. The two ladies who helped me were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They even went so far as to load my purchase in my car. I always liked harbor freight and now I like them more!”

“One of the best things about living in rural Maine. Gilman delivers every day to Bethel, Maine. The staff knows what I need (I am not a contractor, so I can only describe what I need). Order by 9:30 and I have it by 13:30 the same day. Now that is service. I won't buy anything electrical anywhere else again.”
