“The inn was a perfect place to propose to my now fiancé. Albert in concierge even took pictures for us! The inn offers incredible views and is very quiet and romantic. The pool at the Club house is also a great place to relax!”

“Just love this place. We rented the standard room with 2 double veds, refrigerator, Wifi m, flat scrren Tv. Large bathroom, with plenty of counter space for your toiletries. And the beds are so comfortable you will definitely get a good night's rest after a long day of site seeing. They serve a continetal breakfast from 730am to 10am. Included is cereal, bagels, fruit, pasteries, boiled eggs, coffee, juice & water. The grounds outside is huge. They have a covered outdoor eating area by the office. Also on the grounds are chairs to sit and relaxing in to enjoy the summer breeze. Also towards the back of the property they have a heated salt water pool to cool off in with lounges chairs to relax on after a quick dip. The Customer Service here is top notch, definitely exptional!!! I highly recommend this establishment!”

“We had an 8 pm reservation, but it took a little time to clear the table from the previous diners (kids, some food on the floor), which was fine - we were with friends and enjoying conversation. We were seated at 8:15, and our server poured tap water. She said she'd be right back. It was ten minutes later when my wife mentioned to the hostess that we'd like to order cocktails. Five more minutes passed, and I asked another waiter to please have our server come to the table. Finally, twenty minutes after we were seated, our server took our entire order. We got our cocktails at 8:55, forty minutes after being seated. The food arrived at about 9:15. The cocktails were great and the food was delicious, so I'm giving the food five stars, but the service was poor, very slow. We've dined here probably forty times over the past fifteen years, and loved it every time - until last night. We recommended the place to our guests and they had not been before, so we were really disappointed at the service. Our server was perfectly cordial and friendly, but gave no explanation for the slow service. I hope it was just an off night, and our next visit will be back up to what we've come to expect over the years.”

“Absolutely LOVED the kennebunkport Inn. My family of 5 stayed in the Inn Keepers room. Perfect amount of space for all of us; the Hotel supplied us with a couple extra blankets and one of the boys slept on the floor. I wish I could give the staff more than 5 stars they were fabulous, Luca had all of our luggage up all 3 flights of stairs before we could even help him, he had our parking spot ready every time we got back and remembered our names. Front desk staff did an amazing job with recomendations (eating at the Boathouse is a must!), providing beach chairs and coordinating bike usage. The staff at both bars was very friendly and engaging we loved sitting on the side patio enjoying our charcuterie and people watching. The continental breakfast was basic but had everything you could want and upgrade like pastry's in a warmer, fresh OJ and a good assortment for everyone. The location is great for walking everywhere! Great stay would highly recommend.”

“This hotel has an incredible location and an unmatched wow factor when you walk through the doors. The lobby and veranda overlook a lush lawn, beautiful pool, puttig green and the ocean. One is transported to back to yesteryear and stress just melts away while staying at The Colony. The staff are incredibly accomodating and ensure that guest have the experience they deserve. This is one of my favorite places to stay.”
