“We loved this bed and breakfast. We were looking for a place that was close to Ogunquit and reasonably priced. The beach farm inn exceeded our expectations! The house is adorable and very clean. We had the breakfast twice and it was so delicious! The owners obviously take a lot of pride in this home. Highly recommend!”

“Was here for a quick girls trip for a bachelorette and loved everything about our stay. The host Patrick was so helpful giving us a tour of the property upon check in and giving us incredible dinner recommendations (probably some of the best food I’ve had ever!) Our room was so comfortable and charming. For breakfast, Patrick made us pancakes and bacon which were delicious. Would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a quaint stay in close proximity to the beaches! Will definitely be back again!”

“Elmwood is a great resort, super convenient location, 1 mile to everything you need. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean, nicely decorated, and pretty up to date. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and have everything you need. We had plenty of towels and linens for the pool and shower. The housekeeping was not done during our visit (off season) but we're available for anything you could need. We were glad not to have unneeded housekeeping so it was nice for us. They have a great online system to request more of anything you need and they drop it off to your door.The indoor pool was clean and well maintained. Perfectly heated and comfortable for swimming on those cold days.Location is about 10 minutes to Kennebunkport, 5 minutes or less to a grocery store, Dunkin across the street and Aroma Joe's about 5 minutes away.Overall, I highly recommend a stay here. I will be back for the regular season.Nearby activities: Close to everything. Short drive to stores and Cogdins donuts. Short ride to neighboring towns and about 30 minutes from Portland.”

“We have been there twice and both times was amazing. I would definitely highly recommend to vacation here it's the best place we have truly found to stay and Maine , Wells has 3 different beaches the ocean view is amazing ? there's fun activities for kids in Wells and great food places but I do not recommend sea coast pizza and pasta we had such a bad experience with the food we'd never eat there again. All and all the condo apartments are very stunning and have everything in them to meet your needs. This is definitely our families new vacation location we love village by the sea ❤️❤️Rooms: All the bedrooms are gorgeous comfortable queen size beds beautiful bathrooms that are in the bedrooms beautiful big tvs beautiful dressers and so much more. You definitely would not be disappointed.Nearby activities: Swimming pools inside pool and outside pool which both are heated and clean and big size and gorgeous in ground pools. The inside pool building also has a gorgeous Jacuzzi in the pool room. There is also an arcade room and a nice fitness room provided at the village by the sea property. Down the road is a mini golf for kids and a go-cart for kids that also has a maze it's really awesome for kids and adults?. Theres beaches about 5-10 mins away their gorgeous. There's plenty of shopping you can do the Oquanquit Beach is about 20 mins from village by the sea but there is lots of traffic bumper to bumper so please be safe.Safety: They do have security cameras on the property everywhere and maintenance guys are always out circling the parking patrolling as well definitely a safe place to be. And I love the fact you can only use a card key to get in your apartment condo building and your apartment you rented also the pools are also secured you can only use the card key to enter the area of the pools. It's definitely secured.Walkability: The walking ability is fantastic there you can walk throughout the whole parking lots and out to the main road there is great walking ability as well.Food & drinks: The best advice for food and drinks would be to bring your own. The condos come with a beautiful kitchen and they supply all types of cookware and silverware and beautiful and clean stoves microwave dishes even cups and glasses. The cost of restaurants in Wells is pretty expensive even the mc. Donald's that's down the road from village by the sea I also Do Not Recommend Mc. Donald's either. Their very slow they do not get the orders right the food is served cold and very unfriendly people that work there. The condos apts come with a huge beautiful refrigerator so you have a place for bringing your own beverages.Noteworthy details: The noteworthy details are excellent inside the condo apartments. They explain everything how to use items and the TVs the wifi password pretty much everything that you can control in the apartment. Their definitely great with their noteworthy.”

“First time staying here and I must say it was a delight!Check In/Out very easy. Desk staff so friendly.The rooms have clearly been updated recently.Brand new AC.Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.The beds were super comfy! (4 pillows and a throw pillow on each bed was a HUGE plus. I travel a lot for work and this minor detail was nice)Grounds were immaculately clean.Pool, cornhole and I believe a grill for common use.Area is convenient to food, shopping, beaches etc.There's a park about 6 minutes away with a waterfall (small) and some cool history.Would HIGHLY recommend.”

“Great room at a great price. Our room was immaculately clean. Owner and front desk person greeted us personally and was very friendly. Best outdoor hangout spot. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants in Wells. Very cool waterfall nearby! Fantastic spot to stay.”

“I had a cabin on the northeast end of the property. I was here only one night. I wish I could have stayed longer. The cabin was comfortable and clean. I slept well in the bed. This place isn't new, so there might be a blemish or two. Bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. Bed was clean. I found the cabin well maintained. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Location was excellent for what I needed. Abundant options to get breakfast within a mile or two.”

“Good functional bedroom, easy check in and nice staff. No facilities as in photos such as pool or tennis available in early Oct which is low season. Continental breakfast was very poor and rusty old fridge Stale cereal and only white bread or high sugar pastries available. On healthy side found a banana and coffee.Rooms: Bedroom was clean and functional so ideal for a one night stopover. Great New England Diner next door with vfm fresh fish and seafood options.”
