He wouldn't allow us to print a label even though we have been able to do it many times before. I honestly cannot understand how he became a manager.”

I have been there several times and the folks there are nothing short of terrific and it also seems there are quite a few regulars who have good relationships with them. I get my mail and packages regularly and even when I had lost my slip for a package that needed a signature, the clerk was cracking jokes with me. In any case, thanks for all you do. “Over the years, I've frequented this PO and yes, it's the same person that works there. He is by the book, precise and professional. I believe it stems from a level of professionalism that isn't found often these days, where someone takes their job seriously. I would rather have someone who is meticulous, especially in a job such as this, as opposed to someone who is only interested in chatting or cracking jokes, which is what I found at the other main PO. Efficiency wins the game imo, I'm not there to get to know anyone really. Privacy is underrated.”
