“Management was quite grumpy when we asked for a blanket, and then again when we asked to use the pool during hours, while it was drizzling. Also, staff were smoking right outside our room with our windows open. And there was some construction going on. We still enjoyed our room and the location is fine, but I don't think we'll stay there again.”

“We stayed there for a night while traveling from Boston to Canada.
The motel is overall a little outdated, but the room was clean and ok for one night.
Same for the pool - good for refreshing, but it could use some repairs.”
“Ally was absolutely AMAZING! She was extremely nice, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We decided last-minute to stay an extra day in Maine and called the Hampton Inn. Ally answered, got us booked right away, and when we asked for an early check-in (we have a 3-month-old and a 3-year-old), she worked her magic and got us in early—knowing we didn’t have anywhere else to settle.
When we arrived, she greeted us with a warm, home-like welcome and made sure every need we had was taken care of. Later that day, we went to York for a family outing, and upon our return, Penny greeted us with the same welcoming, helpful, and kind attitude that Ally had shown earlier.
We’ve stayed here in the past, and I can confidently say we’ll be back again. When you're on a family vacation with two little ones, the Hampton Inn Kittery, along with amazing staff like Ally and Penny, is exactly what you need. Thank you both for making our trip so smooth and memorable! ???”
