“UPDATE: Found out that because I booked through Priceline that they were the ones holding up the refund. Unfortunately they could only call the hotel at the number that had been disconnected so I had to physically three way call their sister hotel and Priceline in order to get this taken care of. The staff at the sister hotel were very helpful so I’m updating my review to what the few days we had there were.
The hotel and staff itself were great. The situation that happened not so much. My family and I arrived Tuesday and e Everything was great. The room was nice. Staff are great then on Friday we were told that we had to leave the hotel because the hotel could no longer run because there was a court order and that we would get a full refund and they would allow us to stay for free at their sister hotel down the street for the last few days. we packed everything up, went to the other hotel state or last few nights and then went home. However it is about two weeks later and I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve tried calling multiple times. I can’t get through to anybody. I called the sister hotel and I can’t get through to anybody my bank does not see any type of refund initiated from them and I’m just very frustrated”
