“My son and his wife are staying there because my ditrbag wife lied to the court about a purchase agreement we made with them. There are no affordable rentals available around there, but at least they have a bed to sleep on and a roof over their head.God will take care of Sharon for being so hateful.”

“I agree with the many others who have given this a five-star review. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quite a variety for breakfast, worth the reasonable price; a cute little gem in the midst of Kittery. Will definitely return.”

“Clean, quiet (though we could faintly hear dogs barking at times). Great gym, dumbbells up to 75lbs, three treadmills.Only criticism: the bathroom doors are sliders, which is a trend I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. Less private, louder, and a terrible choice for a bathroom, especially if you're sharing with someone you aren't intimately close with. Also - in this particular hotel, the sliding door is weirdly heavy. Not a problem for me, but my (fit, athletic) wife struggled to open it from the inside. For an older person it might actually be a hazard if anything were to happen.”

“The rooms were clean and fully stocked.Breakfast was well supplied and very good.A lovely little dog space fully equipped with bags and a place to put them after use. Great spot for walking your puppy early am and late pm.”

“This place is one of the cheapest hotels you can find in the area. You get exactly what you pay for. If you’re on a budget it’s convenient. Someone is on staff at all times and they seem to be friendly and accommodating. If I’m correct some of the cleaning people & employees stay in the rooms often. My only complaint is the room I was put in next to some of the cleaning people was very loud and obnoxious- front desk ended up giving me a new room.Rooms: The style of the rooms are a bit outdated and minimal. If you can get over that they still have most basic amenities including a mini fridge, a TV, and a coffee maker .Walkability: The property is pretty decent size and actually has somewhat of a decent aesthetic although outdated. The size of the building is almost a little misleading because you’re typically confined to a couple corridors. The building is a large open parking lot which makes accessing most entrances quite easy.Food & drinks: Absolute bare minimum. They have a Pepsi machine and an ice machine. Luckily this location is almost directly next to an Irving gas station.Noteworthy details: This hotel is very bare bones and a bit outdated, so be prepared for that.”
