“Great place to stay if you have a little one and need extra room to prep food, wash dishes bottles, kitchenette came with all basic stuff you need. Soap, dishes, bottle opener, dish rags, pots pans, etc. second time staying here would greatly recommended. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, quiet, nice pool, great breakfast assortment.

“We stayed here over the weekend. The room was huge! Clean and the breakfast the next morning was great. We have two young kids. The variety was awesome. Lots of options. Love how dog friendly this place is too. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We will definitely stay again!”

“Ashim checked us into a nice room. It had hallway and outside access. Bed was comfortable. Ashim also suggested some activities and restaurants to visit. He was kind and helpful. It's located on a busy road but we could not hear traffic. In the lobby was a reasonable breakfast, coffee, juices. We were surprised to see Ashim when we checked out. He was as friendly as our first encounter. Does he ever sleep? AND There's a candy store next door that you MUST visit.”

“Nice little cottage village clean and reasonably priced nice to stay at for vacation not to far from the beach or from the kittery outlet and from historic downtown Portsmouth the property is very well kept inside and out you can tell the in keeper takes pride in how the property looks and cares about the family's and vacationers that stay there really well kept can't say enough nice things about the rooms and how clean they are the bathroom is a little dated but functional I would recommend staying there and enjoying the surroundings”
