“Great pricing & service. I usually call & ask about inventory and if he doesn't have it it's usually there next day first thing in the morning.”
“I stopped by, the other day, for a quick slice. I went up to the counter and saw a pizza that one wouldn't normally see, in the pizza case of a small town store. Sausage, spinach and tomato. It wasn't fresh out of the oven, but it hadn't been there long. My interest was, most definitely, piqued. I grabbed a slice and sat in my car, to enjoy my dinner. As I bit into this slice of pizza, my taste buds knew, instantly, what I was dealing with.
I said, "Dear Lord, that is voodoo devil magic".
I know about voodoo devil magic. This was, indeed, voodoo devil magic. I had to walk back into the store and compliment the chef.
Good food coming out of this kitchen!”
“A gas station situated between a shop with the best ice cream in Maine (and beyond) and a brew pub with one of the better beers in New England. And a decent restaurant next door. The gas is usually lower in price than Augusta or Belfast and they always have clean windshield solvent for your glass. The store stocks essentials, but short on produce. There are not many stores in this area, but great beer and ice cream nearby make this a great destination stop. Stock up on your beer for Acadia while filling the tank. This Liberty "Metroplex" (Waldo County version) is all there is around here for a city center. Gas, pizza, beer, ice cream and a restaurant that serves fresh fish, all in one place.”
