The sales associate that waited on me was very helpful, very personable and kind. I would rate the experience a 5 star! We didn't get accomplished what we needed too but it's not their fault. It was waiting for a review for the discount being disabled and the $30 off..That's really cool they can do that here also and help with that..it's great they suggested it or asked if we would qualify because that was very helpful and we wouldn't have known they could do that if they didn't ask. So we will be back to get rid of Boost Mobile because they are just awful! We are definitely going back to this location once we get the information we need and the costs to transfer 3+ cell phones we are going back to Metro T-Mobile asap. We wanted to go back today but couldn't make it there. Thanks y'all are great! Definitely deserve 5 ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ See you again soon!!!!”

“If you are thinking about US Cellular, you want to deal with this store. Do not deal direct or online. Miserable experience. If it was not for the folks at this store, in particular Perrin, I would have cancelled service that had not had luck activating yet. She as well as her teammates were very patient. I was also impressed with how the Manager was able to talk down a threatening irate customer while bringing resolution to the customer's concerns. This is great location.”

“So sad to see more self check outs then cashiers. I feel like this is taking the place of a job for someone. The store was clean, and organized with shelves being stocked. I needed help finding office supplies, a shipping box, and I was directed by the clearance isle. Parking was easy, and shopping was in and out.”

“I have had spectrum for a couple of months and text don't get out and getting them well not getting them. Now I can't make calls. customer service is questionable. The phone is now a limited laptop with internet service. I went to the store in Auburn and they had to replace my sim card. I would pay extra to never have to replace anything. I had a cell phone for 15 yrs then they went digital on the towers and had to get a new one. Had problems ever since. They you spectrum for the new sim card.”
