“Paid $12 for an order of onion rings and a quesadilla. Thought it was going to be 3 or 4 onion rings, is was like fifteen onion rings. Great amount of food for the price, definitely worth stopping by. Also has a good selection of liquor.”

“I loved this place growing up, sadly they don't still have the massive variety of soft serve ice cream but they do have excellent food. We tried the pizza there recently and were super happy, better than most locally, breakfast pizza and sandwiches are great too. Tonight we tried the taco pizza, was AWESOME. Give this small town variety store a try, they're making big city flavor.Owner and Employees are excellent too, personality and service are going hand in hand here. Couldn't have asked for better service anytime we have been here.”

“Only writing a proper food review right now, this joint got me fucked up. Biscuits have me trippin they're so good. This place is clean, we are pretty happy with it. Just went into the bathrooms and they were spotless at noon! And dude the service... oh man they were on the ball dude! I asked what they recommend for breakfast and they did it all with me. The lady at the counter was so nice :)The food here was spectacular, biscuits were good, pizza was good, burger sub and steak bomb were absolutely Slappin!The atmosphere here is pretty good, they play music and it's pretty well lit. Actually, the window is nice. The eating area is wonderfulOh and one last thing, the workers over at the store half are fantastic too, man Mikey went over there to get a tide pen to fix that goofy stain on his shirt, they were all out, so the cashier offered him theirs! Absolute legend!Seven out of five stars”

“I grew up in waterboro, and my dad would get us pizza from lakeside or heaths variety(subs/chester chicken there too),. Heaths closed awhile back, and I had already moved but lakeside was a comfort food I got while visiting the area. My wife got some of the old go tos today, and I will say the new owners are doing fine. Pizza sauce was still on the sweeter side which i like, and the sides were deep fried and tasted like always. Keep it going nouria, I like having good/reasonably priced food to go with lake days.”

“Hilarious to me that people have this perception of the place going down hill or being more "dirty" when I WORKED HERE FOR A YEAR BEFORE IT WAS IN NEW OWNERSHIP and im just gonna say it - THIS PLACE HAS ALWAYS BEEN DIRTY. ALWAYS. TRUST ME THERE IS NO VENTILATION OVER THE STOVE. If you can get past that they are genuinely doing better than the previous owner. Trust me, dont believe other reviews. “**Edit. The manager called me right away after I posted this. There is some growing pains happening. When my husband got home with the food it was EXCELLENT (per usual.) We had a great conversation and we will continue to be loyal customers. It's just a sub, not life or death.**What's happening over there guys? Super disappointed. The last three times we've ordered, you haven't had what I called in to order over the phone. No call back, nothing. We get there only to be told you're out of something then. So more waiting. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager. Never did. We order there weekly if not sometimes more than that... seriously reconsidering ordering from you guys, at this point. Let's work on the customer service. It's as simple as taking down the caller's phone number and calling them back to ask them what they want instead. You can do better, I know it.”
