I have been trying to call them for two days because I think they kept my credit card, but nobody picks up the phone. Ever. I guess I'll have to cancel my credit card because there's no way to know if they have it. Car was dirty. Positive is that people were nice to me when I was there in person.

Very smooth pick-up experience - felt much more friendly and helpful than your typical car rental pick-up - I always expect to be up-sold expensive insurance policies, so I was pleasantly surprised when they handed me the keys without the up-sell!
