About National Car Rental
National Car Rental in Portland provides a good to great overall experience with friendly service. The check-in process is quick, especially for Emerald Club members, allowing customers to skip the counter, choose any car in the aisle, and manage the rental through the app. While the counter can sometimes be overwhelmed, the National line often moves faster than others and has good availability. The cars, such as the Toyota Rav4, are comfortable, drive beautifully, and suit customers' needs. The return process is consistently easy and seamless. Adding an extra day is simple, and booking directly on the National website offers a good price. Many customers report they will be back.

Athena (from Enterprise) was very helpful upon arrival and asked what type of vehicle I preferred. Usually John is on duty at National and is very helpful as well.
Love the consistency of vehicles in given and customer service has been great every time.

Love using National for the many years that I have been working with them - I have always received top-notch service - from the time I show up picking the keys until the time I drop off the car... Keep it up, great work!!!
