“I went into the Westbrook Maine store at 4pm on Thursday Dec. 29th 2022. I went in to upgrade my phone and Seth was who worked with me. We ran into… some issues…to say the least with the phone I picked and Seth was very polite and very professional in how he handled the situation. Seth has a very soft and calming voice and when things are going wrong it’s nice to hear. Seth was there on his day off and with the problems we had he was there well after close working to get me into my new phone.While Seth was waiting for new phone to update he talked to me like a friend and not just a customer and it made waiting much easier!Seth went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and it was much appreciated!
