The pharmacist Ashley was extremely helpful and professional in getting us prescription promptly. Due to the rarity of disease, the pharmacy only had limited (partial) quantity. She figured a way to partition my Rx order in the computer system (so I can have Rx right away), managed to find a coupon for me (I forgot to bring my Rx insurance card), gave me my medication and ensured the rest is available the next day. When I came back next morning, she asked if my condition had improved. She is professional, knowledgeable of the rare disease, and compassionate in patient care.
