“I've previously visited this location, however I've never taken the time to give the benefit of my wise cracker jokes nor my wonderful smile but today I thought I would. I found the cashier acknowledged me entering the store promptly and made a friendly greeting as I approached a register. This customer service agent was smiling and making eye contact. I appreciate the warm parting remarks I received today.”

“The help is super nice. The prices are slightly lower here than some of the other irvings and the prices are on most things which a lot of the irvings have started to take the prices off the shelves well so has Cumberland farms. They don't necessarily want people to know ahead of time how much things have gone up and how expensive they are.”
“Seltzer water was my desire. I looked around the store upon entry and was able to quickly locate the refrigeration unit that held my cold drink. I ran with blinding speed to avoid being caught behind some kids who were grabbing their many items soon to be purchased. What was crazy though is that apparently seltzer isnt popular in Maine, the cashier said so. Had a nice chat and drove away - feeling like a proud consumer of bubbles.”
“1) the pump took my card no problem. This has, unfortunately, become rare. 2) the little part of the pump that lets the gas keep filling actually works. Also rare! 3)I think the price of gas was competitive.”

So the next morning at the Walgreens in Scarborough ME before they were open Eric took my information and at 10am it was ready. Eric went above what I thought was going to happen.
