“I went into the Westbrook Maine store at 4pm on Thursday Dec. 29th 2022. I went in to upgrade my phone and Seth was who worked with me. We ran into… some issues…to say the least with the phone I picked and Seth was very polite and very professional in how he handled the situation. Seth has a very soft and calming voice and when things are going wrong it’s nice to hear. Seth was there on his day off and with the problems we had he was there well after close working to get me into my new phone.While Seth was waiting for new phone to update he talked to me like a friend and not just a customer and it made waiting much easier!Seth went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and it was much appreciated! “My Android phone needed to be replaced and I was fortunate to have store manager Cooper work with me and upgrade me to a Motorola phone. When the mailed Motorola phone arrived at my home, I went back to the Maine Mall store late that day and was able to have Cooper and asst. mgr. Kyle work at getting that phone operational and preparing the old phone for return by mail. In addition, Cooper had told me about T-Mobile's WiFi, so I came prepared to change to T-Mobile's equipment and service. This really was a fantastic retail experience.”

“I much appreciate this local shop connecting me to U.S. Cellular. Greg, the store owner, is often on hand, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and doesn't mind going the extra mile to assist customers. I'm grateful he spent the time to help me set up/transfer phone service and all of my apps from a phone I purchased at the store to one that I received through a Asurion as an insurance claim. Although Asurion sends instructions on how to do this from home, I ran into some difficulties and Greg was fantastic about taking the time to go through those with me and ensuring a smooth transition from one phone to the next. This is especially appreciated As I am not particularly Tech savvy.”

“I recently needed to replace an old cracked screen phone and went to this U.S. Cellular location. I was looking for a particular iPhone model and color and called ahead to verify it was in stock and the customer service in store picked right up and said they could hold it since it was the last one they had in stock no problem. Thomas, my wireless consultant, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the phone as I had more than a few since it was a big upgrade from the phone I had last (iPhone 6S to iPhone Mini 13!). He also was straightforward with offering, but not pressuring re: options to change my plan and other aspects of the paperwork. Last he helped place screen protector and transfer all I needed. So all in all a five star customer service experience. My only gripe is this location, being in the mall, it has taken much longer other times in the past to get help when they are busy with only two or so areas to help customers get setup and that has led to longer wait times- so I'd call ahead like I did if it's a busier time a day. I also think for how long I've been a customer for they could offer money off accessories or a new phone . Obviously service varies depending on where you live and travel, but US Cellular has been good to me so I'll stick with them.”

There were some hiccups in the process but they weren't his fault, and he handled them well. The coverage I now have with Spectrum Mobile is far superior to what I had with Mint Mobile.”
